Apartments are average size and all electric. Heating and air conditioning come from the same wall unit and remind one of a cheap motel. Water, trash and gas(for hot water) are a flat rate: $55 for one person and about $80 for two people. Management is nice but between manager and leasing agents running things there are a lot of communication problems. This "too many chiefs and not enough Indians" problem results in"three day pay or quit" notices being sent out constantly for everything from a late water bill to mistakes made by their computers! The gym is sparse and not everything works. It doesn't open until 8:00am, making it impossible to use before work. Grounds are well maintained and always look nice. All buildings were freshly painted and reroofed this past summer. The neighbors can be noisy, and feel the need to share their music with everyone. If you like hearing your neighbors loud mexican music, this is the place for you!
