I HAD NO PROBLEMS HERE..VERY PEACEFUL AND QUIET.. SOMETIMES TOO QUIET! ; ) BUT THE ONLY MINUS AT TIMES WAS THE GUEST PARKING FILLING UP..AND HAVING TO PARK ON THE STREET AT TIMES..SOMETIMES FAR! BUT THE MAINTENANCE GUY WAS FRIENDLY AND FAST SERVICE..THE MANAGEMENT WAS HELPFUL
