Review for Bullard Garden Apartments

I've been living in that complex for 2 years and it was awesome. If the tenant have minor concern it was answered right away without having you waited longer. The in-house manager is very helpful and accomodating. They have garderners that come along once every 2 weeks that's why the complex is always clean and beautiful. Their one bedroom apartment is huge about 869 square feet with huge walk-in closet. They have covered garage separate from the apartment and they will also provide you with extra parking if you have 2 cars. My number one concern when choosing for an apartment is my safety and cleanliness. Bullard Garden Apartments got it all when it comes to cleanliness, quiteness with friendly and respectful neighbors. It is a gated community with cameras in the gate entrance so outsiders can't sneak in wihtout being caught by the in-house manager. I had a great experience with this apartment. I just moved out due to my husband's employment here in San Diego, CA.
