Great parking, 2 tandem spots. Laundry in the bldg. Victor, the apt manager knows everybody in the complex and keeps everything running smoothly. Close to everything but on a quiet sidestreet, so very little traffic noise. Pool is heated year round. They're quick to fix any maintenance problems. Apt is clean, spacious, and sunny! If this was closer to my job, I'd never move!
