I lived here for a year and only moved to minimize my commute. It is a nice area which I found to be quiet. I found alot of families and Mc George students lived here and while visitor parking got a little sparse sometimes it was never a major concern. I found that maintenance concerns were delt with within 1-2 buisness days and I never had a problem with the managment (I really didn't interact with them though). My major concern was the lack of shopping, mainly groceries as relying on Bel-air (the only close store) for food will break the bank.
