Review for Shorepark Apartments

This apartment complex is very decieving. The apperance is kept up very well. Also the location next to the Sacramento River is VERY NICE. However, the management is a JOKE!! I lived in this complex for 1 year and couldn't wait to get OUT!! We had several rats in our apartment. Management sent out an extermanator who just put down mice traps and never came back to check them. Thank God my husband was able to get rid of them. The extermanator didn't seemed to suprised of our "rodent guest". We lived above a smoker who smoked CONSTANTLY... My 2 year old is asthmatic so that was GREAT to deal with. We couldn't even open up our windows for more than 15 minutes before our entire apartment was filled with cigarette smoke. After coming back from a nice family vacation we came home to one of our vehicles burglarized. They busted 2 windows and stole the gate opener. When we told the office what happened they said "Oh... that's too bad. The camera's that are set up over there don't work." Never once did we complain... Now that I think of it... We should have. If you are thinking of moving into this complex.... LOOK ELSWHERE!!!!!!
