Rented: 2008 To 2009

I lived at this complex for 12 months and had a fine experience. I just graduated from college and moved back home or I would still be living there. I never had any real big issues. On occassion I needed maintenance to come repair an appliance or a light bulb needed to be changed. They always responded quickly. I searched in the area before I decided on The Falls and this is the nicest place by far. They are in a great area, beautiful grounds, lots of amenities. Staff is always professional and willing to help. I think alot of these comments that are left are from people that dont follow the rules and end up saying false information to get even. Its unfortunate, because if the satisfied people left comments it would out way the minor negativity by far. I would recommend The Falls to all of my friends.
