Rented: From 2008 To 2009

I transferred in from out of the city and didn't want to live in the dorms. This place is convenient, thats it. Its more expensive then it should be and parking is (as everyone agrees) ridiculous. I haven't had problems with room mates but i have heard of those who have (a lot). They don't match people here properly and don't like you to move when you are matched with some one you just don't get a long with. The spaces are bigger than the dorms and you get a kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher and tv. All utilities are covered with your monthly rent and CSUS is only two blocks away. The pool is ok (not for swimming) and the hot tub is fairly well maintained. This place is only good for a year or two.
