Nothing gets fixed. Management is impossible to reach. Staff is care-a-less. Your place could be on fire and no one would care. Very dangerous living conditions. Pets. Noisy neighbors. No night patrol or night guard. Seen drugs and weapons. Great first impression (pool area, leasing office's private accomodations). Everything else is the pits. Avoid this hellhole. Alicante and Alize are far nicer. Less roaches too. Sorry, forgot about those. Yikes.
