Everyone is true..This is not the good apt to stay.Drugs,noisy,Irritable parking,People Shouting always and it is just not a gr8 place to Live.I personally had a bad expeience with city lights.Lease agents are not flexible at all..as other person said they just want to make money.They don't care about you.We had taken 6 months lease.Our job situation was not so certain.So we were on Month-Month lease.We were paying $1785 for a single bedroom apt.Later they have increased the rent by 100$ more.I asked them whether in someway they could help me in taking 3 months lease for a lesser price.They were not at all helpful.They said it is just not me coming and staying there...There are so many people who wants to live there.I lived there for nearly 1.5 years.Always paid rent on time..I was never late.If they can't do atleast this much as a customer why sld i live in this apt?It was really frustrating..Atlast i moved to another apt for a lower rent.Atleasr i was able to save some money instead of paying to o much rent.People are very loud especially during weekends.I would nver want to go back to that apt.It is made for Expensive cosy people who don't know how to spend their money .
