You are just another number at St. Mortiz. They move them in and out of here like a production line. Don't worry about getting to know your neighbors. . . no one makes the effort. The maintenance calls take 3 callbacks to get them to come out. The leasing office is rude--they would not give us our garage door opener the day we moved in! Our friends were towed the first night they moved in because no one told them about the "special" spaces (even though they had a placard). It took a year to get our name on the front directory. My lease just expired and I'm moving out. They raised me to $1825 a month (2 BR/2-1/2 BA) because I didn't resign. My neighbor loses her cat (in heat) and calls its name constantly. Her husband can see right into my bedroom window so I have to keep the blinds shut all the time.
