Review for St Moritz Apartments

We moved here three years ago, but we were too cheap to move out when this place went down the steep hill. The management is rude and very unprofessional. They like to prey upon residents who are innocent and try to be benificial to good society. Unfortunately, they avoid confrontations and fail and remove all the thugs and drug dealers living in this community. This place has great "potential." Maintenance blows!!! It was the rainy season and my place was leaking like in Genesis. I thought it was the great flood because all my furniture and carpet was flooded. Maintenence came by and said "water damage within St. moritz standards as well as the mold count." Don't worry though, your rent check will always clear within two days of deposit. I can't believe they sell these places as townhomes!! Somebody is making a killing!!!
