I really liked my apartment at St.Moritz and location in Aliso Viejo (despite the high cost). I used the apartment for my work assignment in Orange County and was an ideal tenant for them. I had some really bad experiences with their property managers on-site (Chris B in particular). 1) They changed the guest parking procedures over the Christmas holidays and failed to inform me of the new procedures resulting in my car being towed at ($216.00). No warning or anything. Be very cautious with their RULES because they don't communicate well at all and you will get the shaft. 2) They never made any of the repairs I listed during my initial walk-through which was a joke. 3) My apartment flooded from a sewer backup and they failed to adequately repair the dry-wall and flooring but ran up my electric bill while I was away running large space heaters in my unit. Its too bad they have an inadequate staff that fails to accomodate their tenants because the property is very nice and I enjoyed living there. Just buyer beware - don't expect good service after you signed the lease. They just don't care.
