The Apartment complex is nice, a little older looking, but the apartment itself is pretty nice. The Maintenance sucks and the Management sucks even more. I would never recomment these apartments to anyone solely for these reasons. Everything is pretty nice besides that. Maintenance: When I moved in the microwave didn't work and the stove top was missing on of the burners. The Pool and Jacuzzi are only heated about 50% of the time and it takes forever to get a work request taken care of. There is so much more but its unimportant. Management: If you have a dog this is NOT the place for you. My dog was totally approved and then about 2 months later they told me that I would have to get a DNA test to specify the eact breed or I would be evicted in 3 days. I called the Corp. Office and left 7 messages within 9 days and never received a call back. My girlfriend stays over quite a bit but it's not her permanent residence and I am being threatened that I would be evicted if her and the dog don't leave. What kind of crap is this. Any little noise you make will be a HUUUUGGGEEE problem for you if you decide to live here. They even contacted their lawyer and now I am receiving letters from their lawyer in the mail. I signed a 10 month lease and would NEVER re-sign again. I have never had so many problems with the management and maintenance at ANY apt. complex.
