When I moved in, my apartment was very clean. Maintenance has never been an issue for me. My requests have always been done within a day or two. The parking here is better than any other community I'v lived at. They actually do not request parking tags-"Open Parking" your guests do not have to park on the street-Yaeh. The Office staff always seems pleasant and I am always asked how I am doing. I though have to agree w/ the comments about Terri the book keeper-she can be rude, but the good news is she is no longer there. And yes, the manager was never in the office who has also left The Aventine. So hopefully things will be better in the office. I'v never had a problem w/ my neighbors-everything seems pretty quiet where I am at least. I would for sure recomend a friend. Sorry that some people had a bad experience at The Aventine, thats too bad.
