Review for The Aventine Apartments

We moved in here almost 3 yrs ago. The apartment was in pristine condition, the Office staff were very accomodating to our needs. In the time we have been here, I have never had to wait for maintenance, they always come with 24 hours of my request. Any complaints I have, are dealt with in a very timely manner. I find the Office staff to be very pleasant, always calls me by name. The maintenance staff are very nice, and helpful and always have a smile and a Hi for you. My husband and I love it here. It is quiet, well maintained and am proud to have people come and visit my home.
