I have read all the reviews and I do not agree except with the the negative issues here. I don't live by the pool, but I feel so sorry for those that do; I can hear children screaming in the summer that would break your eardrums even near the mail box. People around me slam their doors all the time and the whole apartment shakes. The office is condescending and reallly don't want to deal with you, except lease, lease, lease, lie, lie, lie. The maintenance is okay but I have not had to call them very much, but the few things I have had done had to be fixed twice. I am so glad some people find this a "home", but as for me, this is Disneyland on Wheels, party, party, party with a lot of low life type people living here (not all, there are a few decent people I am sure), some even look like gang members walking around and I would never recocmend this place to anyone except the Housing Authority.
