Review for Miramonte Apartments

They advertise that this complex is gated, but they gates are broken most of the time. They talk about the swimming pools, but only one is clean, and another is so shallow, my cat couldn't swim in it. They advertise for an appliance group called Azuma, yet they do now allow Azuma to pick your appliances up (thus causing more fees for you). Even on the third floor, the railing is so weak, a two year old could push it out. The management claims a variety of rights which are nowhere on the lease agreement (including a complete denial of subletting), and are on legally curious grounds. All this said, it is a beautiful area, and the units themselves are pretty nice.
