Moved in jan 2012. The place is quiet, clean, and safe. The inside isn't bad, but could stand to be remolded (Kitchen and bathroom). The rent is too high for what is offered. I'm only paying these prices because I can park my car in a garage, the area is safe, and it is clean (no bugs either). But, I have found newer complexes that have what I am looking for. I plan to move once my lease is up.

I have lived at the Sundridge Pines for approx. 1 Yr 6 Months. I am most impressed with the office staff. They are nice and professional. The landscaping, the area, and cleansiness is 5 stars! I believe the rental amount is a little high considering the actually liveable space & square feet. The complex is a older unit so the air conditioning unit, although fairly new, does not cool off the upstair rooms (of my townhome) during the summer months. Overall, this was my first apt/townhouse and I assume its better than most apartment living!
