Well they say you get what you pay for,,,i moved in, september of 2005 and am now moving out, First things first, if you deside to live here make sure your aparment windows are facing north and south,, the little air conditioners don't work to well and only cover the living room, in my apartment one day and it was 97 on the thermomitor. Yikes. The parking is good up until about 11:00pm daily, you may have to walk a distance after that. Everything in the apartment is cheap,, the carpet may look clean but they steam clean them so
often the stain resistant coats are gone, your carpet will be stained in a matter of weeks wheater you like it or not. Sink Knobs, toilet seats, shower head and shower knobs and faucets are a few of the things that are really really cheap and have all not funtioned properly. They have painted the walls so many times that if you scratch the wall with your finger nail it leavs a black mark. The closets fall off the tracks on a weekly basis.
the charge you a $50 deposit for a gate remote that is $15 at home depot, hold on to that baby its gold around here.
On to managment,, The management seemed allright when we moved in, but don't ask for any favors it won't happen. Also if you wake up early enough like i do around 6:00 am you will catch a member of the maintenance crew sifting through the dumpsters looking for god knows what before his shift starts, Real classy staff!
If you go swimming in the pool it feels like salt water, from all the kids crap and piss and the lack there of clorine or a pool boy or something,, gross!
Thats about it, this is real i'm not just mad at the place like most people on here, this is my experience and my opinion, i hope you find it usefull. as i use this forum for my own use and find it very usefull
