Let start by saying I am very disappointed by the management team of Casa Madrid. The first day we met to scope the place everyone was really nice offering water. I asked about parking, crime, etc. and they answer by saying they did not have any complaints. Well, they don't have any complaints because they ignore everyone. I called several times in regards to my noisy drama queens neighbors. Management is now where to be found when requesting information. When they are available they are very rude and immature. I truly do not recommend this place. I pay 945 for a studio and my rent will increase to 1045 in three months. My friends pay the same for a 1 bdroom in a nice area in Irvine. As I mentioned before I do not recommend this place!!!
