This lease year has been nothing short of a nightmare. It started innocently enough as the cable provider could not provide us with cable unless serious ground work on the premises was completed. But after contacting the management numerous times, nothing was done. It took two months and 5 different visits from the cable provider until a cable was finally ran from our unit to the main box outside. The management and maintenance did everything they could to AVOID completing their job so our units could receive cable after just moving in. Also, when moving in the apartment looked nothing like the model they showed. The linoleum layered floors paled in comparison to the tile they showed. When confronted every month for 10 months now they always responded with "we're going to install it as soon as our maintenance crew has time." Still no tile. But this is all small potatoes compared to the parking situation. Each unit is assigned to 1 parking spot. If your family has more than that you better be prepared for towing and/or many parking tickets. Our car has been towed 6 times now in an 8 month span. The most recent tow resulted in a towing from our own parking spot. Their reasoning was because the car never got registered with their parking management company. When attempting to get answers, they all point the finger at someone else. This is easy because they use third party parking management and towing yards. Each tow is $250 minimum if you pick it up the same day. Other tows resulted from parking in the Prospective Leaser's Parking spots, yet located on the premises of the apartment complex we lease in and those tows were on a registered vehicle. You can't win. There are also outrageous garbage fees, water company fees and ridiculous electric fees. And the water taste like toxic, reclaimed sewage. The management turns their back on you and avoids their tenants like the plague. Do yourselves a service and find another complex.
