This property's got a major roach problem. The manager is excruciatingly rude and very unhelpful. The material used in the apartment is btwn fair & poor quality. The repair is never completed in a timely manner. The manager and her staff have hundreds of excuses why things don't improve. It's got 20+ empty units right now, and I am moving out next. Do not make the same mistake I did. This is not a place where you and your family want to call home.
