I've been here a couple of years and if I don't make a maintenance request, everything is great. Management has walked into my apartment twice without notice or even knocking - just unlocked the door and came right in. They were apologetic but still tried to make excuses. After I talked to the owners of the building, it never happened again. They tend to take a while to service a maintenance request sometimes but that's because they only have one guy who works his butt off for two large buildings. Plumbing requests are quickly managed for the minor stuff. The assistant manager is awesome, it's very quiet here and all utilities are paid. Not a bad deal really.
