There is a review in here written by one of the staff. Do your research when looking into an apartment. Visit during evening hours and weekends, when the managers are NOT expecting you.

I lived there 4 years, luckily I got out without renewing my lease. Talk with the residents, contact Fair Housing to know your renters rights WHEREVER you decide to lease. A lot of managers will ad can pull one over on residents when they believe you don't know your rights. It will save you a headache in the end.

Angela, the manager is ok on her own. However, her husband Paul, who is head of maintenance likes to act like he runs the show. His role is not the resident manager and he has crossed lines and border harrasses certain residents. The negative reviews on here hit the nail on the head. He needs to let Angela do her job and he needs to oversee his own. High turnover and lack of training speaks volumes running a property the size that it is. They suck at response time on
repairs, car break ins and they are VERY un-professional...

The regional manager needs to audit/shop their office and talk with the residents who pay to live there. Their company also took over management around the corner to Portofino Coves (formally Silver Pines) beware, Paul shows up there too - doing a whole lot of nothing but causing uncomfortable issues/drama. Sure it's a nice location and convenient, but dealing with them over time becomes a headache. I feel you pay the hefty price, you should have your unit in running condition and ran by a team of management that is there to represent thier company on the up and up....
