I am a college student and have rented here for over a year. Don't listen to other reviews because many are not true. You must remember, you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a luxury apartment complex, this is obviously not the place. This is a mellow, older complex with nice management.
Yes, there are some parking problems if you have more then one vehicle; but if you have one car you get your own assigned spot. You are allowed to hang as many pictures or anything else on the wall as you would like. There is a lot of storage; my one bedroom has two closets, storage in the bathroom, and storage in the kitchen. Maintenance will come in the middle of the night sometimes if you have an urgent problem... very helpful. The place is always quiet and calm. You can have pets with a larger down payment. Everything was replaced when I moved in, they even installed a brand new microwave. There is a laundry form on every floor of every building. The pool is always clean and not that busy.
Location is very close to markets, restaurants, the hospital, and schools.
All around, it is a nice place to live.
