The management boasts this place to be more than it really is. Ask to be given a tour of the premises before you ever agree to sign a lease. They will show you the model which looks very nice but it is far from being close to what the rental units look like. The real units are painted white with multiple coats of paint to where it peels off even with the slightest bump.
I would seriously recommend looking for another place and not even wasting your time checking this place out.
A majority of the tenants are lower income and have no respect for their neighbors. Maintenance are almost incompetant to the point they cant perform their jobs without being called back for the same problem again and again.
Children run rampant with no regard to others personal property. I have seen kids throw plexiglass at another neighbors privacy fence and then take the remainder of the plexiglass and break it in the street by stomping up and down on it.
I would stay at least 20 miles away from this area if not farther.
