Within the first month we lived here, both our cars were broken into and ignitions were damaged. A few months later all four tires were slashed on one car. Two days later a tire was slashed on the other car. There is no sound-proofing between the apartments and you can here your neighbors every move. They don't screen the tennants very well, and there are a lot of very rude, loud and disrespectfull people living here. We have a neighbor down stairs that harrassed his next door neighbor until he moved away. We have been complaining about this man to the property managers for months and they did nothing, except to tell the neighbor that WE had complained, and now he is harrassing us. We complained again,and again but they did nothing. I could go on and on about the problems I've had. I have lived in many apartments, but living at Cross Pointe has been the most miserable experience of my life. It may look pretty on the outside, but it's just a facade.
