I have been renting for 7 months now and the management (Ray Stone Properties) continually refuses to have the landscaping company show up at a decent hour. They arrive anywhere between 7:30am and 8:00am and start up their leaf blowers. At first the manager said they were contractually obligated to start no earlier than 10:00, then changed the story to 9:00. Now their story is 8:00am is acceptable. It's only a matter of time before they start up at 7:30 again. Don;t rent from Ray Stone Properties
