Summerhill Apartments offer a generously landscaped living area, complete with pools, barbeque and plenty of green open space. Summerhill Apartments also offers LifeSTEPS to the community, an after-school program and life skills classes that provides children with constructive after school and summer activities. Von's grocery is within walking distance and other retail and restaurant options are not far. Though many appreciate the amenities, some reviewers would like to see tighter security. California Avenue Senior Housing are multifamily housing buildings, located off California Avenue. Three L-shaped building share parking lots and pavilions. Units may be restricted to residents ages 55 or 62 and over and the one and two bedroom apartment homes are conveniently laid out for maximum spaciousness and ease of use. Income restrictions may apply and pets under 25 pounds are welcome, with additional deposit. Elevators and community laundry are available.
