This is a new buillding and I love my apartment, but the management is not professional and you will wait a long time for repairs. This is a senior building, for those over 55, but management allows relatives and friends of tenants to live here, there are several children. This is a 'security' building but doors are often propped open or broken, managers and 3 tenants smoke and it is impossible to avoid cigarette smoke if you live here. If you complain, manager tells other tenants and they confront you.
