If you want to live at the nightmare on Elm Street, than this is the place where you want to be. The building was taken over by a person in San Diego. The rent is outrageous for living in the gettos. You are not allowed to wash your car in your parking stall, just watch out for their sons to blow dirt all over your car with the blower though. It is so secure, that they did not let the residents know that they changed the locks to the security gates, so if you left your house you can't get back in the gates. The apartments are infested with water roaches because they over water the area. The outside walls are all buckled and peeling off. Heck, half if not all of their family lives in the building. Oh and let's not forget the pool. If you ask them to unlock the gates after 12:00 noon they will tell you when they are ready to. For all this you get to pay 650.00 a month of your hard earned money.
