I never thought moving to an apartment complex could be so dramatic.
Workers at the leasing office are extremely incompetent. I don't expect them to understand complex math, but just addition would be fine. It also doesn't help that they are extremely rude. Rather than apologizing for mistakes involving money, they simply give a fake smile and brush you off.
I used to value the apartment facility over service, but that's not the case now.
It was an expensive but EASY decision for me to move out.
