Last Jan my family had to move to villa la jolla apts..didn't have any choice. Well couple days into their apt..the neighbours been very very loud..with loud music. The manager(won't reveal name)..well just say the manager is a hispanick girl. She is very irresponsible..inept and undependable. She's hardly there..mostly gone on the weekends when she's supposed to be there. There's no security...mantenance is poor. Parking really sucks. On overall..the whole apt complex needs to be shut down.
The present owners is Braum Real Estate..in Sherman Oaks, Ca.
