I have lived a few apartments in Great LA, Sherwood apartment is the most worst one i have ever experience not only because of bad management but also because of the shitty management people you are dealing with . They are ver , very, very bad people. They increase your rent at least twice a year when you move in , Sometimes their increase is almost 20% per time after you live there. It is a gated area , but the gate never works. the following reason might help you to make a right decision
1 dirty and unsafe apartment 2 Too noisy around 3 Management people are cheaters and liars 4 Difficult to find your parking space 5 Rent increase percentage is NO 1 in the States
This is my experience with Sherwood apartment , Think aobut it when you try to deal with them
