Review for Carlmont Heights Apartments

The manager is a pain in the rear, and is terrible. The apt does not allow cats, but she has cats. She'll always hide behind trees to check who's coming and who's going to your house. The apt is ok, but the fixtures are old and falling apart. The maintenance is horrible. They are rude and inefficient, and half of them are illegal employees.
