Review for Hutton Terrace Apartments

Since 2006 we have had a very good local manager (Brett). But unfortunately the owner has not treated him very well and tried to fire him once. Over the years I have come to the conclusion that most of the problems with this complex can be traced to the owner. He does not pay for or value competence in his employees. He will always go with the lowest bid from contracters and then later on shoddy work has to be fixed. He generally tries to cut corners in terms of tenant amenities to save money.

The previous 2 managers would just tell him what he wanted to hear and not address tenant complaints very well. Oddly enough he seemed to think very highly of them. The tenants had to petition the owner to keep on Brett - the first decent local manager we've had in several years.
