These are the few that are owned by API in Belmont. If you rent here, you'll end up paying twice the amount when you add up all the other charges they slap on you. they violate your constitiutional rights to freedom, and they loot you at the end of tenancy.

If you do rent here, then make sure you have a lawyer and lots of pictures, notes and witnesses.

The Management SUCKS!!!!
