Review for Hutton Terrace Apartments

I rented at Hutton Terrace for two years and I would not go back. The Apaprtment walss are so thin that you are smoking your neighbors cigarette and hearing their footsteps and phone conversations.If you have children you are especially unwelcome with the "OLD" folks constantly glaring at them as they play.I was a rent payer as they were and felt as if my family had every right to all the apartments amenities but often felt, I was seen as an imposition.When we moved the management found every reason to keep most of my security deposit
