Review for Hutton Terrace Apartments

The management for this apartment building is even worse than the building's condition. There was a management change about 1 year ago and the quality of maintenance has dropped from poor to non-existent. Forget trying to get things fixed in your apartment if anything breaks - I've had a broken appliance in my kitchen for a year. Its not just that complaints are ignored; the manager has missed appointments to make repairs consistently for several months. Several times she has even lied to try to excuse her incompetence.

The condition of the building is fair - nothing special about it. The windows are drafty and many of the fixtures in the bathrooms are worn out.
