Review for Hutton Terrace Apartments

This is not a well managed complex. The local manager treats the place like her personal kingdom - her extended family make heavy use of the pool and other facilities to the detriment of other tenants (noise etc). The garbage chute gets clogged because she forgets to change the recepticals. Problems fester without getting resolved quickly or efficiently. Work is undertaked with little or no advance warning to tenants. Basically the overwelming message is
