Review for Windsor Apartments

The place has spectacular view at the bay. The apartments seem a bit bigger than the average. The building is a little older but well taken care of through the years. It has a pool, mens and womens saunas, billiard, and party rooms.
The bad news is that these common-use amenities have been either in very bad shape or out of order for more than a year now. They seem to be used for advertising and class-keeping purposes mainly.

- The pool not always heated;

- The saunas are entirely out of order and disconnected;

- the pool and gym rooms are stripped off to almost unusable.


All these used to be in an averagely good shape. Things started to deteriorate soon after a new manager was hired. Sometimes he acts angry or rude to tenants. Also seems to enforce an unnecessary policy of allowing prospective tenants only on the guest parking lot. Reaction to work/service requests seems slow and needs better quality.
