Great Apt./Views - What Deposit?

Rented: From 2008 To 2009

Woodmont has great apartments with upgraded carpet, wonderful views and quiet neighbors. The location is stellar and parking is ample.

With improved on-site management I would grade Woodmont with a full 5 stars. Follow-through on requests is a must for tenants. Also, beware of your return on Deposit - expect to receive $0 regardless of verbal promises.
