Review for Sterling Heights Apartments

My boyfriend and i have lived here since Dec. 2004. It's a very nice community. We did have some problems when we moved in. The apartment was very dirty and not market ready. That was a real bummer and for the first few months there was something always wrong with the apartment. First our washer broke and flooded our apartment the first night we moved in. We had blowers in our apartment for 3 days. Then our oven handle broke and our shower door and there were holes in some of the walls. Anyways there were quite a few things wrong and things kept going wrong for awhile. After some time we were able to get everything fixed and were happy here for the most part. The staff is very harsh on late rent payments. The fee is $75 if you turn your rent in on the 4th which i feel is a little too harsh being that i work in this business. All and all Sterling Heights is a nice place to live. The landscape is very nice and clean. The apartments are spacious and the staff is friendly. The pool is attractive along with the spa We use the gym quite a bit which has various equipment that ables us to get a good workout.
