They raise the rent every time you sign a new lease. They never return you calls. In the 5.5 years we've lived here we've seen 4-6 different management teams--even the managers hate it here. If they are upgrading patios or anything, they do not help residents with extra storage--they've changed our patios twice and each time we had a BBQ pit in the middle of our living room for 6 WEEKS! They are always turning off the gas or hot water and they do not think ahead of time to send the maintnence workers up to light the pilot on your stove--so if you are planning a meal at 6:00pm you better not plan on using your stove.
