Apartment Reviews for Buena La Vista - Buena Park

The children in this apartment building are out of control. I lived at Buena La Vista for one year and the kids were out until all hours of the night running around, and they were young kids too. Where are their parents? One of the kids wrote on one of our cars with a marker. They are out of control.
A good thing about this place is the maintenance. They were always so nice to us and polite. They fixed things immediately, and they always went out of their way to say hello to us. They were great!
The parking is okay. We usually always found a spot, but if they are working on the carports then you definately won't find a spot. Don't park at the recreation center across the way because the police will come and tow all of the cars. The other choice is to park across the street at the grocery store and then walk back to your apartment, which I know I didn't feel safe doing.
There is no security in the carports, so there were some break-ins.
The apartments do have pea green stoves in them, and we had numerous problems with the garbage disposal. The carpet wasn't new, it was dyed, and it looked kind of reddish instead of beige like it was supposed to be.
We had neighbors that would sit out until the early morning drinking and laughing like they were the only ones there. There were also other neighbors where the man would call his girlfriend names and yell at her all of the time.
The one bedroom apartments are a good size. The bedroom and closet are especially spacious, and the bathroom has a lot of space also. There is a lot of closet space.
