Review for Avalon At Media Center Apartments

I have lived here for over two years and the office staff changes faster than McDonald's employees. They now have the (b)itchiest staff ever. They are arrogant, (b)itchy, uncooperative, unresponsive, unhelpful, lazy people with a terrible attitude. Ashley is the worst. And they open their office late in the morning and close early at night without notice.

I left work early and drove an hour to get to the leasing office before they closed so I could pick up my UPS package. I got there 5 minutes before closing and the doors were locked with the staff inside. I tapped on the window and Ashley looked at me like, what the hell do you want, and said it's past closing time. It wasn't. I explained to her that it was 5 minutes til closing and I needed to pick up my package. Then another resident showed up 2 minutes before closing to pick up her package. They refused to open their doors and instead closed the blinds on us and ignored our taps on the window.

They have a no-dog policy for some of their buildings, one of which I live in. But they do not enforce that policy. That's not fair, especially when I hear dogs barking all hours of the night and all the buildings on my street have a no-dog policy. They refuse to make the tenants find a new home for their dogs or move.

There are only 2 washing machines in our building of 40 apartments. One washing machine has been broken for a month. They don't care.

Once they get your money, they don't care about you. Stay away. This place is a wolf in sheep's clothing. Don't let the nice exterior fool you. Don't judge a book by its cover. Once my lease is up, I'm out of here.
