This place sucks big time. You are paying top dollar for a third world apartment. There is no insulation in the buildings that were built in the 60's and the bedroom will reach 90 degrees at night during the spring and summer with their little underpowered living room in the wall air conditioner running. The management does not care and when you complain about problems they do not fix it. There was big time mold in the bathroom we complained for a month upon move in about it and they did not fix it. Smoke alarms with low batteries beeping in un-rented apartments not turned off for weeks. The walls are so thin you hear everthing in the next units and if the neighbor wakes up at five in the morning so do you. The pipes in the shower and kitchen are very loud. A lot of people that walk their dogs do not clean up after them. Please look for another apartment you will not be happy.
