The building is tolerable enough. Neighbors are generally respectful and quiet, but on a busy street so there is always traffic noise.
Biggest problem is the management company. We've live here several years, and the maintainance has gone to hell in a handbasket. Repairs take days if not weeks to get done. Multiple requests either verbally or in writing are either ignored or overlooked.
The on-site manager used to clean frequently. Now we hardly ever see her unless the rent is late.
Speaking of which, they are not shy about raising the rent, either. Every year like clockwork. Last time they raised it almost 15%.
