I used to live here for a long time but have moved because of the ownership. Beware of false representation.
The owner went from the charming, helpful man he was initially, to a controlling, unhelpful man who hangs around as if he were a watch dog. He does not live here, but he is always present. He sits around the courtyard watching everyone & harrassing tenants as they walk by. He refers to the complex as "upgraded", but that is an understatement. While he is always around, he doesn't do anything about complaints, and does not fix problems properly or in an efficient timeframe. To top that off, he loves to raise the rent every 6 months, despite not upgrading anything.
The pool may look nice in the pictures, however it is not kept clean, and the filter is broken, but he refuses to have it fixed. When there is a problem, he checks it out and will take too long to fix it, or says it doesn't need fixing at all.
This complex may appear in good condition, but it is not. After living here for awhile, the owner, Chris, showed his true character. I lived here long enough to enjoy the spacious apartments with nice tiled kitchens, ceiling fans, berber carpet, etc., but unfortunatly, the owner was enough of a reason to look for a new place to live. Beware of a nice first impression of him. He will quickly turn against his most loyal tenants, continuously raising the rent to force them to leave so he can rent the space out for much, much more.
